Our Little Stingers Rugby sessions for ages 6–8 are the perfect introduction to the game. Packed with running, passing, catching, and teamwork, these sessions help young players build confidence and coordination — all in a safe, tag-based, non-contact environment.

Whether they’re brand new to rugby or already love the game, every Little Stinger will enjoy learning new skills, making friends, and having a blast on the pitch!

Our Tag Rugby sessions for 7–11 year olds are the perfect way for younger players to learn the basics — running, passing, catching and tagging — all while building teamwork and confidence in a safe, non-contact environment. Whether they’re new to rugby or already full of rugby spirit, these sessions are all about having fun, staying active and making new friends on the pitch.

For those ready for a challenge, these sessions offer a step up in skills, tactics and teamwork — while still keeping the game non-contact and welcoming for all. Players aged 11–14 can develop confidence, fitness and rugby know-how in a supportive space where learning and laughter go hand-in-hand. Great for sporty kids, beginners, and anyone who just wants to give Tag Rugby a try!

Our oldest Tag Rugby group focuses on skill development, match play and game understanding — all without the need for full-contact tackling. These sessions give teens the chance to stay active, improve technique, and enjoy the social side of rugby in a friendly, flexible environment. Whether they’re regular players or new starters, everyone’s welcome — it’s all about playing well, playing fair and having fun.
